Every applicant submits their driving licence, proof of identity, proof of address, right-to-work and insurance documents. Our team reviews each document and its expiry date, and a driver cannot be matched to a booking until every required check is approved.
We verify each driver's insurance documentation as part of approval. We're finalising the cover arrangements for the Manchester launch and will publish the exact terms here before bookings open — we'd rather tell you nothing than tell you something we can't yet stand behind.
